Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in:
- Real Estate / Property Studies
- Land Management
- Or related qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in:
- Land acquisition
- Land use or property management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation

- National Water Act & Water Services Act
- Promotion of Administrative Justice Act
- Constitution & Public Service legislation
- Land administration processes
- Communication (written & verbal)
- Problem-solving and accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate land acquisition processes
- Support land policies and procedures
- Manage land use administration
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports
- Prepare submissions and memoranda
- Guide staff on land legislation
- Support servitudes, wayleaves, and leasing
- Verify State land ownership (DWS)
- Monitor illegal land use and encroachment
- Process applications for land development
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Attend meetings and forums
- Perform administrative duties
