Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Assist customers at point of sale
• Handle queries and complaints
• Maintain professional service standards

Cash Handling

• Process all transactions accurately
• Manage cash flow and daily takings
• Follow SOPs for cash safety

Sales & Transactions

• Process payments and refunds
• Handle loyalty cards and rewards
• Ensure all items are scanned and paid

Compliance & Security

• Follow company policies and procedures
• Report suspicious behaviour
• Prevent fraud and stock loss

Store Operations

• Stay updated on promotions
• Maintain checkout standards
• Support overall store operations

Special Requirements

• South African citizen
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Reliable transport or live nearby
• Willing to work flexible retail hours
