- Qualification: BCom Accounting or BAcc (CA stream)
- Requirements: 65%+ average; 2nd–4th year or PGDA/CTA
- Outcome: Entry into the SAICA Trainee Accountant Programme with structured mentorship
2. Agricultural Sciences
- Slots: 10
- Qualification: Horticulture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, AgriBusiness, or related fields
- Requirements: 60%+ average; 2nd–4th year
- Outcome: Career development within Freshmark (fruit & vegetable division)
3. Supply Chain & Logistics
- Slots: 10
- Qualification: BCom Logistics/Supply Chain, BSc Operational Research, or Logistics diplomas
- Requirements: 60%+ average; 2nd–4th year
- Outcome: Opportunities in core FMCG distribution and logistics operations
4. Retail Business Management
- Slots: 60
- Qualification: Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Retail Business Management
- Requirements: 60%+ average; 2nd–4th year
- Outcome: Guaranteed role as a Trainee Retail Manager after graduation
General Requirements
- South African citizen
- 27 years or younger
- Willing to join Shoprite divisions after completing studies
