Key Responsibilities
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Ensure proper stock rotation
- Monitor health and safety compliance
Customer Service
- Assist customers with queries
- Handle out-of-stock situations
- Maintain service and department standards
Staff Management
- Communicate important updates to staff
- Set targets and delegate tasks
- Handle non-compliance issues
Administration
- Ensure equipment is maintained
- Monitor waste and enforce procedures
- Maintain operational standards
Systems & Reporting
- Conduct gap scans for stock issues
- Record overstock and out-of-stock items
- Generate and manage Excel reports
- Communicate stock issues to planning teams
