The Reliability Mission
- Uptime: Maximizing efficiency through predictive tools and strategic planning.
- Analysis: Using RCA and FMEA to eliminate failures and reduce lifecycle costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Programs: Developing PM, PdM, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategies.
- Monitoring: Managing thermography, vibration, and ultrasound analysis.
- Failure Data: Analyzing work orders to identify cost-saving improvements.
- Leadership: Driving cross-functional teams to eliminate “bad actor” equipment.
- Project Support: Overseeing reliability for new equipment installations.
- Systems: Administering the CMMS and maintaining technical documentation.
Essential Candidate Profile
- Education: BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance or reliability.
- Status: Must be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship).
- Licensing: Valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
Required Skills
- Technical: Knowledge of CNC, robotics, and rotating equipment.
- Software: Proficient in CMMS, Power BI, and Excel data trending.
- Certification: CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Safety: Full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
