Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• 1–2 years retail experience (leadership role preferred)
• Computer literacy (MS Office / Google GSuite advantageous)
• Retail/business qualification (advantageous)
• Proficient in English

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Store Performance

• Drive sales and meet store KPIs
• Maintain strong customer service standards

Stock & Risk Management

• Manage stock levels and control losses
• Follow cash handling and security procedures
• Maintain store systems and controls

Operations & Administration

• Ensure all store admin is completed correctly
• Maintain store image and standards
• Control costs and improve efficiency

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and coach staff
• Manage team performance
• Build a strong team culture

Compliance & Standards

• Maintain health and safety standards
• Ensure housekeeping and store cleanliness
