Job Overview

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 6 months cashier experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Strong numerical ability
- Good English communication skills
- Basic customer service knowledge
- Willing to work retail hours
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service
- Process sales, refunds, and payments
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Follow all SOPs and company policies
- Scan all items correctly at checkout
- Manage loyalty card transactions
- Report complaints to supervisors
- Ensure cash security at all times
- Handle returns and exchanges when authorised
- Maintain accuracy in all till operations
