Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- NQF Level 3 Bakery qualification
- 2–4 years bakery experience
- Experience in bakery supervision or management
- Strong production planning skills
- Team leadership ability

Key Responsibilities
Production & Merchandising
- Ensure products meet recipe and quality standards
- Implement daily merchandising plans
- Maintain stock availability and rotation

Food Safety & Hygiene
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards
- Manage cleaning schedules and compliance
- Handle waste and non-conformance issues
Staff & Customer Management
- Set targets and manage team performance
- Coach and support staff development
- Resolve customer queries
- Manage scheduling and reporting
Systems & Administration
- Maintain equipment and operations
- Perform stock checks and SAP processing
- Manage pricing, labels, and stock adjustments
