Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor or Receiving Manager
- Proven leadership and control abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to delegate effectively

- Sales growth planning and trade plan execution
- Budget management (reading, understanding, and taking action)

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Sales Management
- Grow sales for non-fresh departments through sales and promotion plans
- Manage merchandising and display standards consistently
- Oversee ordering processes to maintain agreed stock levels
- Consistently manage and support cold chain protocols
Financial & Budget Control
- Actively manage labor costs within the departmental budget
- Manage and prevent shortages within the store budget
- Effectively manage cash office operations
- Maintain stock accuracy and availability standards
Leadership & Team Support
- Drive a positive fan score by prioritizing customer service
- Maintain minimum store standards and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate social responsibility initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
Administration & Receiving
- Act as a Key Carrier for the store
- Handle all departmental administration, reports, and documentation
- Manage security and give input to the receiving department
