Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
- Previous experience in Airport operations and Ticket Sales (Essential)
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of airline ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes
- Familiarity with aviation rules, terms, conditions, and regulations
- Exceptional customer service delivery and phone etiquette
- Conflict resolution skills for handling difficult situations
- Ability to handle and safeguard confidential passenger information
- High degree of patience, assertiveness, and professional reliability
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Bookings
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, new bookings, and flight changes
- Explain airline rules, terms, and conditions to customers clearly
- Manage passenger transactions accurately and professionally
Passenger Support
- Provide immediate assistance during flight disruptions or cancellations
- Address customer complaints in a professional and timeous manner
- Escalate problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty when necessary
- Maintain a high standard of professional customer service at all times
Operations & Compliance
- Safeguard confidential information and passenger data
- Ensure all airline procedures and regulations are strictly followed
- Manage time effectively to meet high-pressure airport demands
- Assist with ground-based passenger services as required
