Job Summary
The Relationship Executive Premium is responsible for optimising the profitability and economic value of a portfolio of Premium Business key account clients. This includes acquiring new clients, cross-selling within the existing portfolio, and delivering comprehensive coverage in line with the segment’s Client Value Proposition (CVP).
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Financial Targets
- Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients.
- Focus on portfolio growth through new client acquisition and increased share of wallet.
- Manage clients with varying levels of complexity based on business needs.
2. Relationship and Service Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits in line with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and provide input to product teams to improve client service.
3. Manage Risk Assessment
- Ensure full compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
- Take ownership of portfolio risk, including understanding clients’ regulatory and compliance environments.
- Uphold high standards of risk management, credit quality, and control.
4. Collaboration
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Share knowledge, experience, and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to an empowering, collaborative environment.
Minimum Education
- National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in:
- Business
- Commerce
- Management Studies
