The Limpopo Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure (LPWR), in partnership with the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) and Edu House South Africa, is inviting applications for its 2026 Electrical Learnership Programme. This 12-month learnership provides young, unemployed South Africans with hands-on and theoretical training in Electrical Engineering, preparing them for technical careers in the public works sector.

Eligibility Requirements
- Age: 18–35 years
- Education: Clear certified matric certificate (Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent)
- Status: Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme
- Mobility: Willing to relocate to designated training sites for both theoretical and practical components

Learning Outcomes
Participants will gain foundational and intermediate skills in the electrical field, including:
