Job Overview
This role focuses on promoting and selling Heineken Beverages’ product range by building strong customer relationships and increasing brand visibility.
The successful candidate will drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and ensure products are effectively positioned in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through new business and upselling
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Present products professionally and effectively
- Conduct market research on trends and competitors
- Support brand growth and awareness
- Execute promotions and pricing strategies
- Maintain strong sales performance metrics (call rates, pipeline, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Continuously improve personal sales skills and performance
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverage industry (advantageous)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong numerical and business understanding
- Valid ability to work in a high-performance environment
