General Requirements (All Applicants Must Have):

  • Must be unemployed
  • Must have a completed qualification (graduates) OR be an N6 student requiring in-service training
  • Qualifications must be SAQA-recognised
  • Must be passionate about public service and national development

How and When to Use the Z83 Form

The Z83 form is REQUIRED when applying for any government post, including DPME internships.

You must use the Z83 when:

  • Submitting an application via email

  • Sending your application via post

  • Complete all sections clearly and accurately
  • Use the correct reference number from the advert
  • Sign and initial the form (unsigned Z83 forms = automatic disqualification)
