Job Purpose

As a Legal Intern, you will work within the Adjudication Department, assisting in resolving complaints between financial service providers and consumers. The programme offers exposure to legal casework, professional writing, and legal drafting.


Key Responsibilities

1. Case Support & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of cases
  • Draft legal letters and correspondence
  • Update internal case-tracking systems

2. Dispute Resolution

  • Participate in case reviews
  • Conduct legal research
  • Assist with drafting recommendations and decisions

3. Corporate Governance & Risk

  • Support compliance with internal policies
  • Help monitor ethical standards
  • Contribute to risk assessment processes

4. Consumer Communication
