Role Overview
- Support dealer service operations and systems
- Assist with Express Service and While You Wait programmes
- Support rollout of dealership improvement plans
- Improve service workflows and processes
- Support customer experience initiatives
- Assist with training and dealer support
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Support Fix It Right and Kodawari initiatives
- May require local and regional travel

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- NQF Level 5 qualification (or currently studying towards NQF Level 6/360 credits)
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Experience in automotive dealership environment (Service or Parts)
- Knowledge of dealer systems (advantage):
- Autoline
- Automate
- Motodata
- Understanding of aftersales/service operations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Driver’s license (advantage)
