ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the butchery department and ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, hygiene, and profitability.
The role includes:
- Managing daily butchery operations
- Supervising and supporting team members

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years of butchery experience
- Experience working with butchery equipment
- Good understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Complete departmental records and reports
- Support stock and operational management processes
Sales and Profitability
- Support sales growth initiatives
- Assist in achieving department targets
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Support training and development within the department
