Programme Overview
The SPAR Group is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the Supply Chain Management Learnership Programme 2026/27, based at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre.
This 12-month programme combines practical workplace experience with formal training, leading to a National Certificate in Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 5). Learners will gain valuable exposure to supply chain, logistics, and distribution operations within a leading retail organisation.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be studying towards another qualification
- Be between 18 and 34 years old
- Be available for the full 12 months
